Phoenix has created The Path of Self-Healing based on her personal and professional experiences. We all have certain survival patterns that develop during childhood and we will continue to play those out as adults unknowingly. When we experience childhood trauma that isn't resolved, our patterns become maladaptive and harm us as adults. By increasing our awareness of the present moment, our patterns, and our needs, we can break from the unresolved trauma cycle and move into healing.
